This thesis aims at comparing property valuation in the European Union countries – in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany. It consists of 4 main chapters. Chapters 1 – 3 cover property valuation in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany. The last chapter provides definitions of differences in valuation in selected EU countries.
