Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce jsou „Trendy v hotelnictví pro rok 2016.“ Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat současné požadavky na zdravé a nějak specifické stravování na straně poptávky ve vybrané destinaci, kterou je Praha. Dílčím cílem je zjistit, jakou lze identifikovat reakci na požadavky na zdravé a nějak specifické stravování na straně nabídky hotelů v Praze. Text je členěn na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, jako je trend, hotelnictví či spotřebitel, dále jsou představeny trendy v hotelnictví jednak z historického kontextu a jednak z pohledu současnosti. Dále je pojednáno o zdravé, bio a raw stravě jako o jednom z trendů v současném hotelnictví, přičemž důraz je kladen na projevy tohoto trendu, jeho důsledky pro hotely stejně jako na vliv online rezervací na tento trend (například možnost filtrovat hotely podle toho, jaký typ stravy nabízí atd.). Na teoretickou část pak navazuje část praktická, v jejímž úvodu je nastíněna metodika práce, sestává z metodiky, na kterou navazuje vlastní výzkum a jeho výsledky, v návaznosti na ně pak vyhodnocuje hypotézy a výzkumné otázky a formuluje doporučení pro praxi hotelů, ve kterých je realizován výzkum.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis is "Trends in the hotel industry for the year 2016." The main objective is to analyze the current requirements for healthy eating and something specific on the demandside in the selected destination, which is Prague. The part ialaimis to find out what can be identified response to the requirement so healthy eating and some how specific supply-side hotels in Prague. The text is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines basic concepts such as trend, hospitality and consumer trends are presented below in the hotel industry from both the historical context and also from the perspective of the present. Further, it discusses the healthy, organic and raw diet as one of the trends in today's hospitality industry, with anemphasis on the manifestation soft his trend and it simplications for the hotels as well as the impact of online bookings this trend (such as theability to filter hotels depending on what type of diet offers etc.). The theoretical part is followed by a practical part, which consists of a methodology, which sets out the objectives, research questions and hypotheses, and there is a detailed description of the research methodology. The next chapter then presents its own research and its results, follow them the nevaluate hypotheses and research questions and formulates recommendations for hotels practice, in which the research carried out.
