The Project of Streamlining the Processes of Internal Logistic in Selected Company

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je analyzovat stav interní logistiky a provést projekt zaměřený na rozložení vytíženosti skladových kapacit ve společnosti greiner packaging slušovice s. r. o. V rámci interní logistiky je práce zaměřena především na změnu logiky skladování jednotlivých druhů zásob mezi sklady tak, aby bylo dosaženo rovnoměrného využití. Pro řešenou problematiku byly využity analytické metody průmyslového inženýrství a simulační software Tecnomatix Plant Simulation od společnosti Siemens. V diplomové práci se navrhuje a aplikuje takový systém uskladňování výrobků na středisku, ve kterém se dle simulace podařilo dosáhnout přibližně průměrné vytíženosti kapacit u šest ze sedmi skladů určených pro hotové výrobky a polotovary. Výsledky této práce umožňují společnosti sledovat vytíženost jednotlivých skladů a na základě predikce na další kalendářní rok vyhodnotit, zda bude potřebovat rozšířit skladové prostory.

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis is to analyse the internal logistic and to make project focused on the balancing of the occupancy of warehouses in company greiner packaging slušovice s. r. o. The project was focused on the internal logistic on the department KAVO&Assistec. The thesis is mainly focused on the warehousing system and the possible change of the system to adjust the occupancy of each warehouse. Simulation in Tecnomatix Plant Simulation from Siemens company and many analytic methods from industrial engineering were used in the thesis. The warehousing system introduced in the thesis reached a same percentual occupancy for 6 of 7 warehouses designated for finished goods and semi-finished goods. The results of this thesis can be used to manage and analyse warehouse capacity. Also, based on the prediction of the next year, the model can be used to evaluate, if the current warehousing capacity is enough.
