Anotácia:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Vliv talent managementu na fluktuaci členů ve studentské organizaci AIESEC Praha“ je analýza systému talent management a motivace členů a jejich vliv na fluktuaci ve studentské organizaci AIESEC Praha. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definování pojmu talent management a detailnější popis celého systému společně s jeho procesy. Dále se práce bude zaměřovat na základy motivace a jejího rozdělení. K úvodu praktické části bude představena organizace AIESEC, kde bude také probíhat výzkum kvantitativní metodou prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Výstupem této práce bude zhodnocení talent managementu v pražské pobočce AIESEC a případné navrhnutí změn nebo různých vylepšení rozvojových aktivit pro členy organizované funkční oblastí talent managementu na základě zpětné vazby jak aktivních, tak i bývalých členů pobočky.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis "The influence of talent management on the turnover of members in the student organization AIESEC Prague" is an analysis of the system of talent management and motivation of members and their impact on turnover in the student organization AIESEC Prague. The theoretical part focuses on defining the concept of talent management and a more detailed description of the entire system together with its processes. Furthermore, the work will focus on the basics of motivation and its distribution. At the beginning of the practical part, the organization AIESEC will be introduced, where the research will also take place in a quantitative method through a questionnaire survey. The output of this work will be an evaluation of talent management in the Prague branch of AIESEC and possible proposals for changes or various improvements in development activities for members organized in the functional area of talent management based on feedback from both active and former members of the branch.
