Předkládaná práce popisuje nejdříve interakci mezi cytochromem c a cytochromem b5, které utváří modelový komplex pro přenos elektronu. Přestože tento komplex byl již v minulosti podroben zevrubnému zkoumání, nebylo dosud možné jej studovat pozorováním cytochromu c. The here presented work provides first further information on the interaction between cytochrome c and cytochrome b5 that are forming a model electron transfer complex which has never before been studied from the side of cytochrome c.
