Financial counseling in the EU

Abstract:

Diploma thesis „Financial counselling in EU“ in its first chapter thrives to find real content of a term financial counselling. It further builds on this definition and aims for analysis of legal regulation of financial counselling and subjects, who provide it. This analysis is undertaken on the European as well as national level. Obtained information is critically judged in order to identify individual deficiencies. Final chapter tries to find possible steps that would lead to overall improvement of a system of financial counselling.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca „Finanční poradenství v EU“ sa v úvodnej kapitole snaží nájsť reálny obsah pojmu finančné poradenstvo, z ktorého následne vychádza a zameriava sa na analýzu právnej úpravy finančného poradenstva a subjektov, ktoré ho vykonávajú a to na úrovni európskej ako aj tuzemskej. Získané poznatky sú následne kriticky posúdené za účelom identifikácie jednotlivých nedostatkov. V záverečnej kapitole sa práca snaží navrhnúť možné kroky, ktoré by viedli k celkovému zefektívneniu systému finančného poradenstva.
