The Analysis of drawing subsidies from the Operational Programme Environment 2007 -2013

Abstract:

Cílem práce je analyzovat strukturu využívání finančních prostředků z operačního programu Životní prostředí v programovacím období 2007-2013. V teoretické části je popsán vznik a vývoj regionální politiky EU, stručně je zmíněna enviromentální politika EU a České republiky. Praktická část je zaměřena již konkrétně na operační program Životní prostředí. V rámci charakteristiky jednotlivých prioritních os je provedena analýza struktury využívání prostředků, zároveň je čerpání těchto prostředků porovnáno mezi jednotlivými kraji. Nejvíce finančních prostředků bylo přerozděleno v rámci první prioritní osy na podporu snížení znečištění vod, přičemž největšími příjemci podpory se stal kraj Středočeský, Moravskoslezský a Jihomoravský. Analýza čerpání prostředků je založena na statistických datech dostupných ze stránek operačního programu Životní prostředí.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the Operational Programme Environment in the period 2007-2013.The aim of the thesis is to analyse drawing subsidies from this programme. In the theoretical part it is summarized development of the Regional policy of the European Union, then it is briefly described environmental policy of the EU and the Czech Republic. The practical part is focused on the Operational Programme Environment. Within the description of the Priority Axis, the structure of drawing financial resources is analysed, and it is also compared between regions. Most funds were allocated in the Priority Axis 1 on reduction of water pollution. The largest recipients of the funds were the Central Bohemian Region, Moravian-Silesian Region and South Moravian Region. The analysis of drawing subsidies is based on statistical data from the Operational Programme Environment.
