Podpora otevřených inovací v Make prostřednictvím vzdělávací spolupráce

Abstract:

Tato studie zkoumá navrhovaná vylepšení obchodního modelu Make Academic Alliance, zaměřující se na zlepšení integrace praktických digitálních dovedností do akademických osnov, podporu udržitelných partnerství a zvýšení celkového vzdělávacího dopadu. Výzkum vychází z komplexní analýzy, včetně rozhovorů s klíčovými zainteresovanými stranami, zaměřené na VŠE učitele, SWOT analýzy a aktuálního Business Model Canvas. Klíčová doporučení zahrnují vývoj strategií specifických pro trh, rozšiřování a přizpůsobování komunikačních snah, zlepšení podpory integrace pro pedagogy, zavedení hlubších metrik zapojení a podporu spolupráce s průmyslem. Studie také navrhuje partnerský program s VŠE, který umožňuje společnostem poskytovat zdroje zdarma, čímž se vytváří win-win scénář pro pedagogy i průmyslové partnery. Zjištění zdůrazňují důležitost slaďování praktických iniciativ s akademickými cíli, využívání strategických partnerství a neustálého zlepšování prostřednictvím strukturovaných zpětnovazebních mechanismů, aby bylo zajištěno škálování a udržitelnost programu.

Abstract:

This study examines the proposed enhancements to the business model of the Make Academic Alliance, focusing on improving the integration of practical digital skills into academic curricula, fostering sustainable partnerships, and enhancing the overall educational impact. The research draws on comprehensive analysis, including interviews with key stakeholders as VŠE teachers, SWOT analysis, and the current Business Model Canvas. Key recommendations include developing market-specific strategies, expanding and customizing outreach efforts, enhancing integration support for educators, implementing deeper engagement metrics, and fostering industry collaboration. Additionally, the study proposes a VŠE partnership program that enables companies to provide resources for free, creating a win-win scenario for both educators and industry partners. The findings highlight the importance of aligning practical initiatives with academic objectives, leveraging strategic partnerships, and continuously improving through structured feedback mechanisms to ensure the program's scalability and sustainability.
