Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout možná zlepšení vedoucí k zefektivnění náboru nových pracovníků. V první části jsou definovány teoretické poznatky související s náborem zaměstnanců. The aim of this paper is to suggest possible improvements leading to more effective recruitment. The first part defines the theoretical knowledge related to the recruitment of staff.
