Proposal of new test file of acceptance for determination of current physical condition of appliers for a job by the Police of the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Téma bakalářské práce je návrh nové přijímací testové baterie pro zjištění aktuální tělesné kondice uchazečů o zaměstnání u Policie ČR. Cílem této bakalářské práce je na základě zjištění momentální tělesné kondice uchazečů, navrhnout vhodnou testovou baterii. Výsledkem je testová baterie, která je více propojena s policejní praxí.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis proposal is a new admission test battery to determine the actual fitness of applicants for employment in the police. The aim of this thesis is based on the findings of the current physical fitness of applicants to design a test battery suitable. The result is a test battery that is more connected with police practice.
