Influence of provided services on the clients' life quality by a low-threshold facility for children and youth

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje vlivu poskytovaných služeb nízkoprahového zařízení pro děti a mládež (dále NZDM) organizace Romano jasnicaz.s. na kvalitu života klientů. Tvoří ji teoretická a empirická část. První kapitola teoretického segmentu se zaměřuje obecně na rodinu, její typologii a funkce. V rámci podkapitoly se orientujeme na charakteristiku věkové skupiny 15 až 26 let, která je středem zájmu této kvalifikační práce. Neopomíjíme vybrané sociálně patologické jevy, které s touto cílovou skupinou úzce souvisejí. Nízkoprahovému zařízení věnujeme druhou kapitolu, ve které bude obsažena obecná charakteristika služby, její cíle, financování nebo personální zajištění. Dále se v této sekci zaměříme na historii této služby, legislativní aspekty a konkrétně na NZDM Romano jasnica z.s. v Trmicích. Poslední část teoretické sekce se orientuje na kvalitu života, její interpersonální pojetí, dimenze a posuzování. V empirické části je stanoven hlavní výzkumný cíl, a to zjistit vliv poskytovaných služeb NZDM na kvalitu života. Metoda výzkumu je založena kvalitativním charakteru ve formě polostandardizovaného rozhovoru s uživateli sociální služby, avšak i osobami službu nevyužívajícími. V závěru práce je provedeno vyhodnocení výzkumné části a interpretace získaných dat.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the influence of the services provided by the low-threshold facility for children and youth of Romano jasnica z.s. on the lives of clients. It consists of a theoretical and empirical part. The first chapter of the theoretical segment focuses on the family, its typology and its functions. Within the subchapter, we focus on the characteristics of the 15 to 26 age group, which is the focus of this qualification work. We do not neglect selected social pathological phenomena closely related to this target group. We will devote a low-threshold facility to the second chapter, which will include the general characteristics of the service, its objectives, funding or staffing. Further, in this section we will focus on the history of this service, the legislative aspects and specifically the the low-threshold facility for children and youth Romano jasnica z.s. in Trmice. The last part of the theoretical section focuses on the quality of life, its interpersonal conception, dimensions and assessment. In the empirical part, the main research objective is determined, namely to determine the impact of the low-threshold facility for children and youth services on the quality of life. The research method is based on a qualitative character in the form of a semi-standardized interview with social service users. At the end of the thesis the evaluation of the research part and the interpretation of the obtained data is performed.
