The thesis is focused on the topic of coaching as a method of working with a specific client. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and represents a basis for the second part, the research. The research was done by the technique of interviews with university counselors. Abstract:
Diplomová práca sa zameriava na tému koučovania ako metódy práce so špecifickým klientom. Práca je rozdelená na dve časti. Prvá časť slúži ako teoretické východisko pre druhú časť práce, výskum. Výskum sme realizovali metódou rozhovorov s vysokoškolskými poradcami. Výskum zisťuje, či má koučovanie v podmienkach vysokoškolského poradenstva inú podobu ako klasické koučovanie v manažérskom prostredí.
