Predmetom diplomovej práce „Prechod od funkčného riadenia k procesnému” je zmapovanie podnikových procesov a vytvorenie procesnej mapy v optimalizovanej podobe. Prvá časť je zameraná na teoretický rozbor uvedenej problematiky.
