Cílem této práce je zhodnotit aktuální stav na trhu nemovitostí v okrese Jeseník a určit hlavní socioekonomické a environmentální faktory, které v této oblasti mají vliv na ceny nemovitostí. Pro dosažení cíle byla vytvořena databáze nemovitostí okresu Jeseník, jejímž zdrojem byly prodejní nabídky, všech typů nemovitostí, umístěné na realitních serverech. The aim of this thesis is to assess the current state of real estate market in Jeseník district and identify main social, economic and environmental factors of this area, which have the impact on the property prices.
