Abstract:
Proteiny s hemopexinovou doménou se vyskytují ve virech, prokaryotách i eukaryo-tách, charakterizovány byly však pouze v eukaryotních organismech. V genomu bak-terie rodu Photorhabdus, hmyzího patogenu, byly nalezeny čtyři geny kódující protei-ny s hemopexinovou doménou. Predikované proteiny navíc obsahovaly i lektinovou doménu. Abstract:
Proteins with a hemopexin domain are found in viruses, prokaryotes and eukaryotes, but have only been characterized in eukaryotic organisms. Four genes for proteins with a hemopexin domain were found in the genome of Photorhabdus bacteria, an insect pathogen.
