Influence of Political Cycles on Public Budgets at the Municipal Level
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem politických cyklů na územní rozpočty a jejich komparací v jednotlivých úrovních rozpočtové skladby. Zkoumány jsou rozpočty vybraných obcí s rozšířenou působností Zlínského kraje v období let 2004 2017. Na základě poznatků jsou definovány možnosti vedoucí ke zlepšení současné situace rozpočtování na municipální úrovni ve spojitosti s komunálními politickými cykly.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with influence of political cycles on territorial budgets and their comparison at individual levels of budget composition. The budgets are examined for selected municipalities with extended competence of the Zlín Region in the period 2004-2017.
