Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce poskytuje ucelený přehled o porovnávací metodě jak z teoretického tak i z praktického pohledu včetně informací o databázích. Je rozdělena do pěti kapitol a součástí práce jsou teoretické základy, rozbor i aplikace porovnávací metody oceňování nemovitostí.
Abstract:
This thesis provides a comprehensive overview of the market method in terms of theoretical and practical including information on databases. The thesis is divided to five chapters and includes theoretical foundations, analysis and application of market method of property valuation
