Abstract:

„Interní audity v systému managementu kvality firmy Plzeňské dílo, výrobní družstvo“ Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vyhodnotit výsledky jednotlivých interních auditů, popsat jejich vliv a navrhnout zlepšení činnosti do budoucna v této oblasti. Nejdříve je popsán význam auditů při posuzování shody řízení managementu jakosti v organizacích, jednotlivé druhy auditů, vliv auditorů, plán auditů, zásady auditování, řízení auditů, vyhodnocování auditů až po návrhy ke zlepšení. V další části je představena firma Plzeňské dílo, výrobní družstvo, včetně její politiky jakosti, cílů jakosti, předmět činnosti družstva a odpovědnosti managementu. Je zde sledován způsob dokumentování jednotlivých procesů v družstvu. V třetí části je popsán interní audit v systému managementu kvality firmy Plzeňské dílo, výrobní družstvo, plán interních auditů, průběh auditování interními auditory a výsledky interních auditů. V této části je také popsáno zabezpečení následných auditů a přezkoumání systémů jakosti vrcholovým vedením. V poslední části je charakterizována odborná způsobilost auditorů, hodnocení auditorů a také návrhy na zlepšení odborné způsobilosti auditorů, posouzení vlivu jednotlivých preventivních a následných opatření.

Abstract:

„Internal Audits in Quality Management System in Plzeňské dílo, výrobní družstvo“ The aim of the Bachelor thesis was the evaluation of the results of the single internal audits, the description of their influence and the suggestion of the future improvement of the activity in this sphere. At first there are subscribed the importance of the audit by the review of the organization´s self-declaration of conformity, the single types of audits, the influence of the auditors, principles of auditing, managing of auditing, evaluation of the audits and the suggestions for the improvement. In the next part the company Plzeňské dílo, výrobní družstvo is introduced – including its quality policy, quality aims, leader activity and the management responsibility. Also the system of the documentary evidence of the single processes in the cooperative is followed here. In the third part the internal audit in the management quality system of the company Plzeňské dílo, výrobní družstvo is subscribed, further on the plan of the internal audits, the auditing process by the internal auditors and the results of the internal audits. The conducting of the following audits and the verification of the quality systems by top management is subscribed in this part too. In the last part the competence of the auditors, the evaluation of the auditors and also the suggestions of the improvement of the auditors´competence is characterized and also the influence of the single preventative and the following precautions are judged.
