Abstract:
Tématem mé diplomové práce jsou metody výběru a adaptace pracovníků v AVL, a.s. V této práci se věnuji získávání a výběru pracovníků, na které navazuje jejich přijímání, rozmisťování a adaptace.Dále jsou rozebrány sociologické techniky a jejich použití při analýze a průzkumu ve firmě AVL, a.s.
Abstract:
The theme of my dissertation is methods of selection and adaptation of employees in AVL, a.s. In this dissertation is detailed acquirement and selection of employees continued by recruiting, lying out and adoption of employees. Further are described sociological techniques and their practical applications by the analysis and research in the AVL, Inc.
