Aggression and its impact on criminal environment activity

Abstract:

Autor si v této kvalifikační práci vybral rozebrat otázky, vztahující se k agresi a jejímu vlivu na trestnou činnost, a tozejména z důvodu aktuálnosti a zajímavosti v současné době. Práce bude blíže specifikována dle zaměření na trestné činy spojené s násilným sexuálním podtextem. Tato práce bude pojednávat o problematice agrese a jejího vlivu na sexuální násilnou trestnou činnost. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat názory široké veřejnosti a vybrané skupiny respondentů v oblasti sexuálního násilí, osobnosti pachatele, jeho vnímání a motivace k sexuální násilné trestné činnosti. Autor se pokusí zjistit motivační faktory agresivního pachatele takto směřovaného trestného činu a rozebrat jeho osobnost s přihlédnutím k názoru široké veřejnosti na danou problematiku. V teoretické části bude na základě dostupné literatury a publikovaných zdrojů zkoumána problematika agrese jako takové, její zasazení do kontextu kriminální trestné činnosti, vymezení sexuálních násilných trestných činů a jejich právní klasifikace, psychologický pohled na osobnost pachatele a jeho obětí a také motivace pachatele pro spáchání trestného činu s násilným sexuálním podtextem. V praktické části bude provedeno kvantitativní průzkumné šetření formou dotazníku, kdy budeme zjišťovat motivaci pachatelů takto zaměřené trestné činnosti, jejich osobnostní rysy, míru agrese a proveditelnosti u těchto trestných činů a dále porovnávat zjištěné hypotézy s názory veřejnosti, kdy bude odcházet k aktuálnímu ověřování pravosti informací.

Abstract:

In this qualification thesis, the author has chosen to analyze questions related to aggression and its influence on criminal activity environment, mainly due to its topicality and interest in modern society as such. This piece of diploma thesis will be specified in more detail according to the focus on crimes associated with violent sexual overtones. This piece of work will discuss the issue of aggression and its influence on sexually violent crimes perpetrated by the sexual offender. The main goal of this thesis is to analyze the opinions of the general public research sample as a selected group of respondents in the age from 13 to 18 years of age in the field of sexual violence, the personality and profiling of the perpetrator, his perception and motivation for sexually violent crimes. The author will try to find out what is the motivation for the aggression of the perpetrator of such a focused crime and analyze his personality taking into account the opinion of the general public on the issue. In the theoretical part, the author will discuss the issue of aggression as such, its placement in the context of criminal activity, the definition of crimes motivated in such manner and their legal classification, a psychological perspective on the personality of the offender and his victims, as well as the offender's motivation for committing a crime with violent sexual overtones. This will be conducted on the basis of the available literature and published sources and available research. In the practical part, a quantitative exploratory investigation will be carried out in the form of a questionnaire, when the author will find out the motivation of the perpetrators of such focused criminal activities, their personality traits, level of aggression and feasibility of these crimes and further compare the identified hypotheses with the opinions of the public. This will leave such needed space for the actual verification of the authenticity of the information collected during the research. Last but not least, the author of this thesis will provide further possible development in this area of expertise in his final conclusion.
