Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je „Podnikatelský záměr“. Bakalářská práce je zpracována za účelem vytvoření studijních podkladů pro žáky učebního oboru Kadeřník. Tyto podklady budou sloužit k prohloubení dosavadních znalostí žáků, případně je lze v budoucnu zakotvit do běžného učiva. Důvodem vytvoření práce jsou osobní zkušenosti s nedostatkem znalostí v oblasti vybudování vlastní firmy. První část obsahuje teoretické náležitosti podnikatelského záměru. Nachází se zde tedy co to vlastně podnikání je a jaké podmínky musí začínající podnikatel splňovat. Dále vyobrazuje zjednodušený marketing a management firmy, finanční analýzy, které jsou dostačující v běžném podnikání v oblasti kadeřnických služeb. Druhá část práce zahrnuje výzkum a zhodnocení znalostí nynějších žáků učebního oboru Kadeřník, dále obsahuje praktické zpracování podnikatelského záměru.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is „The Business Plan“. The thesis is processed because of the purpose of creating studying documents for students who are visiting apprenticeship hairdresser. It can be involved for the common curriculum in the future. The reason to create this thesis are personal experiences with the lack of experiences for establishing own company. These documents will be for increasing of knowledge of pupils, eventually the first part contains the theoretical requirements of business plan. Here is described, what is actually a business and its conditions for a starting businessman. The next what it specified is simplified marketing and company management, financial analysis, which are common in business in the field of hairdresser´s. The second part includes evaluation of knowledge of pupils in the apprenticeship hairdresser and also the practical elaboration of the business plan.
