Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá vypořádacím podílem coby majetkovým právem člena obchodní korporace. Definuje vypořádací podíl dle zákona o obchodních korporacích a zabývá se specifiky v rámci obecné a speciální úpravy tohoto zákona zejména s ohledem na různé formy obchodních korporací. Tato práce se věnuje především vzniku, způsobu určení a formě vyplacení vypořádacího podílu.

The thesis deals with the settlement share as a property right of a member of a business corporation. It defines the settlement share according to the law and deals with the specifics within the general and special regulation of the law, especially with regard to various forms of business corporations.
