Strategies of learning from text in students of secondary school

Abstract:

Teoretická část této diplomové práce se zabývá studiem dostupné literatury a odborných poznatků k tématu strategií učení se z textu. Obsažena jsou také témata učení a souvisejících pojmů a také parametry didaktických textů či role žáka a učitele v procesu učení. V rámci praktické části se autorka věnuje výzkumu v rámci žáků druhého stupně základní školy. Kvantitativní metodou zjišťuje jejich preference a návyky při učení se z textu. Cílem výzkumu je zmapovat a popsat tyto návyky v souvislosti s výukou na 2. stupni základní školy.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of this diploma thesis deals with the study of available literature and expert knowledge on the topic of learning strategies from text. Learning topics and concepts are also covered along with parameters of didactic texts or the role of the student and teacher in the learning process. In the practical part, the author is engaged in research dealing with secondary school pupils. The quantitative method finds out their preferences and habits when learning from text. The aim of the research is to map and describe these habits in connection with teaching at the secondary level of primary school.
