Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření pluginu pro program ImageJ pro kvantifikaci kompaktních a difuzních struktur v obrazech fluorescenčně značených buněk. V rámci bakalářské práce byl vytvořen plugin a doprovodná webová stránka popisující vytvořený plugin tak, aby byl volně dostupný komunitou pracující s biomedicínskými daty. The aim of this thesis was to create a plugin for the program ImageJ for quanti- fying assembly and disassembly of the Golgi complex in fluorescence microscopy images of live cells.
