Abstract:

Tématem absolventské práce je Důležitost práva na bydlení pro osoby bez přístřeší. Poznávacím cílem této práce je zjistit, co lidem bez domova stojí v cestě k získání stabilního bydlení, jak ve svém životě vnímají uplatnění práva na bydlení a zda je pro ně získání stabilního bydlení důležité. Výzkumná část práce je zpracována metodu kvalitativního výzkumu, takže je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část.Teoretická část je členěna do šesti kapitol. První kapitola uvádí do tématu bezdomovectví obecně, vysvětluje jeho klasifikaci dle Evropské typologie bezdomovství a vyloučení z bydlení v prostředí ČR (ETHOS). Zaměřuje se na potřeby lidí bez domova a sociální služby, které jsou lidem bez domova poskytovány. Vzhledem k zaměření práce na oblast bydlení se druhá kapitola samostatně věnuje možnostem sociálních služeb v oblasti bydlení pro lidi bez domova. Ve třetí kapitole je popsán systém podpory bydlení v České republice. Následující kapitola pojednává o právu na bydlení. Poslední dvě kapitoly jsou věnovány dobré praxi v příkladech a příkladu špatné praxe.Praktická část je zaměřena na zjišťování odpovědi na zvolenou výzkumnou otázku: „Jaké bariéry brání osobám bez přístřeší získat stabilní bydlení?“, a to skrze informace získané prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Praktická část se soustřeďuje na metodologii výzkumu a analýzu a interpretaci dat. Konverzačními partnery byli uživatelé služeb Diecézní charity Brno. Z provedeného výzkumu vyplynulo, že pro osoby bez přístřeší je v tomto směru největší překážkou cenová relace, ve které se pohybuje nájemní bydlení a stopy jejich minulosti, jakožto dluhy, exekuce a záznamy v trestním rejstříku.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis is The Importance of the Right to Housing for Homeless People. The cognitive goal of this work is to find out what stands in the way of homeless people to obtain stable housing, how they perceive the exercise of the right to housing in their lives and whether it is important for them to obtain stable housing. The research part of the work is elaborated by the method of qualitative research, so it is divided into theoretical and practical part.The theoretical part is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the topic of homelessness in general, explains its classification according to the European typology of homelessness and exclusion from housing in the Czech Republic (ETHOS). It focuses on the needs of the homeless and the social services that are provided to the homeless. Due to the focus of work on housing, the second chapter deals separately with the possibilities of social services in the field of housing for the homeless. The third chapter describes the housing support system in the Czech Republic. The next chapter deals with the right to housing. The last two chapters are devoted to good practice in examples and an example of bad practice.The practical part is focused on finding the answer to the chosen research question: "What barriers prevent homeless people from obtaining stable housing?", Through information obtained through semi-structured interviews. The practical part focuses on research methodology and data analysis and interpretation. The conversation partners were users of the services of the Diocesan Charity Brno.The research showed that for homeless people, the biggest obstacle in this respect is the price relation in which rental housing and traces of their past, such as debts, executions and criminal records, move.
