Abstract:
Tato disertační práce je zaměřena na využití atomových nábojů pro studium chování proteinů. Práce nejdříve potvrdila vhodnost EEM modelu (electronegativity equalization model) pro výpočet nábojů v proteinech. Poté byla vyvinuta a úspěšně testována relevantní kalibrační procedura. This doctoral dissertation is focused on the study of protein behavior using atomic charges. The work first investigated the adequacy of an electronegativity equalization model (EEM model) for atomic charge calculation in proteins.
