Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na mezinárodní mobilitu českých profesionálek. Jejím cílem je v jejích výpovědích najít faktory a motivace, které v rozhodování o migraci vedou ke konečnému rozhodnutí odejít. Práce užívá biografický, gender senzitivní přístup.
Abstract:
This master's thesis focus on international mobility of Czech professional women. It aims to find in their talks factors and motivations that can prevail in their decision-making process about migration to the final decision to leave. This master's thesis is using biographical, gender sensitive approach.
