Addiction to social networks and its prevention with a focus on leisure time

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou závislosti na sociálních sítích u dospívajících. Cílem práce je analyzovat aktivity dospívajících na sociálních sítích, zjistit pozitivní i negativní důsledky užívání sociálních sítí a diagnostikovat případnou závislost. Téma je dále rozšířené o prevenci zaměřenou na volnočasové aktivity. V teoretické části jsou stručně popsány jednotlivé sociální sítě a online aktivity. Dále jsou definovány druhy závislostí. V závěru teoretické části se věnuje subjektům výchovy ve volném čase a různým volnočasovým aktivitám, které by mohli být dobrou prevencí v problematice závislosti na sociálních sítích. V praktické části jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumu, který se týkal diagnostiky závislosti u dospívajících, online aktivitami, pozitivními i negativnímu důsledky užívání a dalšími volnočasovými aktivitami.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of addiction to social networks among teenagers. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the activities of adolescents on social networks, to find out the positive and negative consequences of using social networks and to diagnose possible addiction. The topic is further expan-ded to include prevention focused on leisure activities. Individual social networks and online activities are briefly described in the theoretical part. The types of dependencies are also defined. At the end of the theoretical part, subjects of education in free time and various free-time activities, which could be a good prevention in the issue of addiction to social networks, are addressed. In the practical part, the results of the research related to the diagnosis of addiction in adolescents online activities, positive and negative consequences of use and other leisure activities are presented.
