Abstract:

Práce pojednává o problematice pedagoga, a to jako oběti žáka druhého stupně základní školy. Zabývá se jednak teorií učitelské profese, práv a povinností žáka, realitou vztahů, včetně příčin zvýšené agrese u jedince v návaznosti na školní prostředí. Nastiňuje negativní aspekty učitelské profese i možnosti odborné pomoci pedagogům. Ve výzkumné části je věnována pozornost ochraně pedagoga jako oběti, přičemž předmětem zkoumání je, zda se cítí být pedagog dostatečným způsobem chráněn ze strany legislativy České republiky, s jakým typem maladaptivního chování se pedagog nejčastěji setkává, či zda je věnována dostatečná pozornost psychohygieně pedagoga. Výstupem práce je doporučení pro zlepšení stávající situace v zákaldním školství, a to především ve vztahu pedagoga a žáka.

Abstract:

The work deals with the issue of a teacher and a pupil as a victim of the socond level of basic school. It also deals with the theory of the teaching profession, the rights and responsibilities of the student, the reality of the relationships, including the cause of increased aggression of the individuals within the school environment. It outlines the negative aspects of the teaching profession and possibilities of the professional assistance to educators. The research is dedicated to the protection of teachers as victims, if the teachers feel that they are adequately protected by legislation of the Czech Republic, what type of maladaptive behaviour teacher encounters most often, what type of teacher becomes most frequently the victim and if the sufficient attention is paid to mental hygiene of the educator. The aim of the work is a recommendation for improvement of the current situation in a basic school system, first of all in the relationship of a teacher and a pupil.
