Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Investice do vybraných zemědělských komodit“ je zhodnocení možností investování do zemědělských komodit a stanovení investičních doporučení pro drobného investora na základě výnosově-rizikových profilů vybraných komodit. První část práce je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku a rozdělení zemědělských komodit. V druhé části práce jsou rozebrány jednotlivé způsoby, jak lze do zemědělských komodit investovat. V třetí kapitole jsou analyzovány čtyři vybrané zemědělské komodity, jejichž výnosnost je následně porovnávána pomocí zvolených produktů. Poslední část práce je věnována srovnání vybraných komodit a shrnutí získaných poznatků.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis “Investments in selected agricultural commodities” is to assess investment opportunities in agricultural commodities and to make investment recommendation for retail investor based on risk-return profiles of selected commodities. The first chapter is focused on general characteristics and division of agricultural commodities. The second chapter is aimed at description of particular ways how to invest in agricultural commodities. The third chapter analyses four selected agricultural commodities, profitabilities of these commodities are then compared by chosen investment products. The final chapter is dedicated to a comparision of analysed commodities and a recapitulation of findings.
