Problems of licensing regular passenger transport.

Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu současného stavu technologického postupu dopravce a dopravního úřadu při udělení licence k provozování linkové osobní dopravy. Popisuje složitý proces jak při žádosti dopravce o udělení licence, tak i stanoviska dopravního úřadu. Na závěr je zhodnocení celé analýzy a doporučení celkového zjednodušení společně s návrhem změn pro urychlení celého postupu.

Abstract:

The work focuses on analysis of the current state of technological process of carrier and carrier traffic authority in granting a license to operate regular passenger transport. It describes a complex process, both in carrier requests for a license and the opinions of traffic authority. At the conclusion there is the evaluation of the entire analysis and recommendations for overall simplification, together with a proposal for amendments to speed up the process.
