Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je vymezení pojmu splnění a jeho právní povahy. Dále je práce zaměřena na analýzu tohoto institutu v kontextu právní úpravy obsažené v novém občanském zákoníku, která je porovnávána s úpravou obsaženou v občanském zákoníku z roku 1964 a obchodním zákoníku včetně relevantní judikatury. The aim of this thesis is the definition of the concept of performance and its legal characteristics. Further the thesis is focused on the analysis of this concept in the context of regulation in the new civil code, which is comparated with the regulation contained in the Civil Code from 1964 and the Commercial Code, including relevant case law.
