Bakalářská práce se dělí na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část obsahuje kapitolu Motivace a kapitolu Student a vzdělávání. Kapitola Motivace pojednává o definici motivace, pojetí a potřebách. Kapitola Student a vzdělávání se zaměřuje na vývojová období člověka v rámci vzdělávání a studia.
