Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku Prevence a řešení šikany v zařízeních ústavní výchovy. Teoretická část je složena ze tří kapitol. První část se věnuje základnímu vymezení šikany. Druhá část popisuje ústavní výchovu, roli vychovatele, metodika prevence. This Bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of preventing and dealing with bullying in institutional care. The theoretical part is composed of three chapters. The first part focuses on the basic definition of bullying. The second part defines the institutional education and the educational personality.
