Abstract:
Práce obsahuje základní informace ohledně stavebního spoření a hypotéky. Dále se v práci objevuje současná situace těchto bankovních produktů na českém trhu. Závěrem práce je posouzení, který z těchto zdrojů pro financování bydlení je pro občana naší republiky výhodnější.
