Identification of risk factors for the lease of manufacturing equipment

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je Identifikace rizikových faktorů při leasingu výrobního zařízení. V této práci je nastíněno rozhodování podnikatele před započetím podnikatelského záměru. Jedná se o komplexní analýzu trhu, vnitřních a vnějších faktorů, které by mohly ovlivnit průběh splácení leasingu. Určení podmínek za kterých je možné si vzít leasing na výrobní zařízení.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with identification of risk factors for leasing of manufacturing equipment. In this work is outlined decision making entrepreneur before starting business plan. This is a comprehensive market analysis, internal and external factors that could affect the course of the lease payment. Determine the conditions under which it is possible to take on lease manufactoring equipment.
