Importance of mutagenicity and antimutagenicity evaluation of plant extracts
Abstract:
1.Popsat procesy mutagenity a antimutagenity a způsoby jejich hodnocení. 2.Objasnit význam rostlinných extraktů pro člověka a poukázat na jejich pozitivní, ale i negativní účinky na lidský organismus. 3.Na základě dostupné literatury shrnout informace o vybraných skupinách sekundárních metabolitů s důrazem na jejich mutagenní a antimutagenní aktivitu.
Abstract:
1.Describe the processes of mutagenicity and antimutagenicity and how to evaluate them. 2.Explain the importance of plant extracts for humans and point out their positive and negative effects on the human body. 3.Based on the available literature, summarize information on selected groups of secondary metabolites with emphasis on their mutagenic and antimutagenic activity.
