Abstract:
The thesis is concerned with the social criticism occurring in the comedies by Oscar Wilde, The Importance of Being Earnest (1895) and An Ideal Husband (1895). The thesis focuses on the particular examples of the criticism of society observable in the plays and on their subsequent analysis and clarification. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sociální kritikou v komediích Oscara Wildea, Jak je důležité míti Filipa (1895) a Ideální manžel (1895). Práce je zaměřena na konkrétní případy kritiky společnosti pozorovatelné ve hrách a na jejich následný rozbor a vysvětlení.
