Bakalářská práce se zabývá optimalizací dopravně logistických procesů v nejmenované firmě. Jejím cílem je na základě analýzy současného stavu dopravně-logistických procesů ve vybrané firmě navrhnout optimalizační opatření, která povedou k zefektivnění vybraných procesů.
