Metaanalýza je statistický proces shrnující data z většího počtu vědeckých prací. Ulcerózní kolitida (UC) patří mezi nejčastější chronická střevní onemocnění. Toto onemocnění s dosud nejasnou etiologií se projevuje zánětlivou imunitní odpovědí u geneticky predisponovaných jedinců na dosud nedefinované enviromentální faktory v interakci s vlastní střevní mikrobiotou. Meta-analysis is a statistical process summarizing data from a number of scientific papers. Ulcerative colitis (UC) is one of the most common chronic intestinal diseases.
