Náplní diplomové práce na téma Politika jakosti a její zavádění do podnikové praxe je analýza postupu při zavádění politiky jakosti do podniku pro nastavení systému řízení a rozhodování ve firmě. Připravený rozbor by měl sloužit k eliminaci nejčastějších chyb ve výrobě produktů, nastavení procesního řízení a kontrol tak, aby došlo ke snížení chybovosti a zkrácení doby výrobního procesu.
