Diplomová práce se věnuje současnému konfliktu mezi Evropskou unií a Maďarskem se zaměřením na jeho hlavní aspekt – porušování vlády práva, jakožto hodnoty EU. Práce by měla nabídnout ucelený obraz sporu, který nyní sužuje evropský integrační projekt. This diploma thesis is focusing on the contemporary conflict between the European Union and Hungary concerning the infringement of the rule of law as an EU value. This thesis offers a complete picture of the conflict that besets the European integration project.
