Analysis of Safety Work in the Company and Evaluation of Risk Workplaces

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve firmě XYZ, spol. s.r.o. a s ní spojeným prvkům. Celá práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části práce je obecně vymezen pojem bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci a další pojmy, vztahující se k této oblasti, nastíněn je stručný historický vývoj bezpečnosti práce a v následujících kapitolách je představen legislativní rámec a právní předpisy týkající se této problematiky, spolu s bezpečností práce v kontextu Evropské unie. Praktická část se zabývá charakteristikou vybrané společnosti a popisem současného stavu jejího managementu bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci včetně její certifikace. Poté je metodou kontrolního listu zanalyzováno dodržování zásad a prvků této oblasti a navržena opatření na zkvalitnění těchto zásad, prvků a managementu společnosti v této sféře.

Abstract:

This bacherol´s thesis is dedicated to health and safety at work sphere, and it´s connected areas in the XYZ Ltd. company. The whole thesis is divide into two parts theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part is the term health and safety at work generally defined, and other terms which are connected to this area. Quickly mentioned is also historical evolution, and in the following chapters is the legislative framework and law regulations regarding to this sphere introduced. Everything in context with EU law. Practical part is about the characteritics of the chosen company. Describing it´s current healt and safety at work management, certification included. Than is with control sheet method analyzed, how all parts and principles in this area are followed, and new regulati-ons, how to make all management principles in this area more effective are proposed.
