Obsahová náplň práce je zaměřena především na popis disproporcí v přístupu, možnostech uplatnění a odměňování mezi muži a ženami u právnických subjektů v České republice. Práce poukazuje na míru a typy těchto rozdílností za použití statistických údajů, faktů a šetření, s poukazem na rizika vzniku neefektivity a ekonomické ztráty, v případě existence diskriminačního přístupu mezi muži a ženami.Práce …more

The content of this work focuses primarily on the description of disproportions in approach, assertion opportunities and remuneration among men and women at legal entities in the Czech Republic.
