The occurrence of yellow sac spider (Cheiracanthium punctorium) in selected areas of uncultivated in North Bohemian lignite basin

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na stanovištní nároky a rozšíření pavouka zápřednice jedovaté (Cheiracanthium punctorium) na neobhospodařovaných nelesních stanovištích Severočeské hnědouhelné pánve mezi Chomutovem a Ústím nad Labem. Zájem o tento druh byl vyvoláván až poplašnými zprávami o šíření tohoto druhu v regionálním tisku a diskuzemi o nebezpečí druhu pro člověka. Terénní průzkum, při kterém byly zaznamenávány zámotky zápřednice jedovaté s pavouky a environmentální charakteristiky sledovaných ploch, probíhal od července do října 2014. Vztah druhu ke čtyřem charakteristikám prostředí (plocha třtiny křovištní v %, vlhkost, plocha holé půdy, stáří plochy) byl hodnocen mnohorozměrnou korelací v programu Statistica 10. Všechny testované parametry statisticky průkazně (P<0,05) korelovaly s výskytem sledovaného druhu. Výsledky indikují pozitivní vztah druhu k teplým a suchým plochám, které se v zájmovém území vyskytovaly zejména na mladých disturbovaných lokalitách.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis is focused on habitat requirements and distribution of the yellow sac spider (Cheiracanthium punctorium) on uncultivated non-forest habitats of North Bohemian brown coal basin between Chomutov and Ústí nad Labem. Interest in this species was triggered by startlers about the spread of this species in the regional press and by discussions about the dangers of this species for humans. Field research in which were recorded inhabited cocoons of the yellow sac spider and environmental characteristic of the habitats were surveyed, ran from July to October 2014. Relationship of the species to four environmental variables (area of feathertop reed grass in %, moisture, area of bare ground in, age of the area) was evaluated in multivariate correlation in Statistica 10. All test parameters were statistically significant (P <0,05) correlated with the presence the observed spieces. The results indicate a positive relationship of the species to the warm and dry habitats, which in the area of interest occured especially on young, disturbed locations.
