Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem legislativy nakládání s odpady v České Republice. V první části se práce zabývá situací odpadového hospodářství před prvním legislativním ustavením, dále je popisována první legislativní úprava odpadového hospodářství v zemích Evropské unie a řešení otázky odpadů v mezistátních koncepcích.
