Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá tvorbou podnikatelského plánu pro vnitřní potřebu majitele firmy Re-dron. Hlavní činností tohoto podniku je poskytování služby půjčování bezpilotních prostředků. Teoretická část práce je zaměřená na vymezení základních informací, struktury a obsahu podnikatelského plánu. V praktické části jsou vytvořeny podnikatelské plány firmy Re-dron v závislosti na různých fázích podniku a stanovených cílů majitele. Tvorba plánů a příslušných analýz slouží k zjištění realizovatelnosti cílů majitele a životaschopnosti podnikatelské činnosti v praxi.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on developing a business plan for internal needs of the Re-dron company owner. The main activity of this company is providing service of renting Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. The theoretical part is focused on definition of main information, structure and the contents of the business plan. The practical part consists of the business plans of the Re-dron company according to different phases of the company and goals set by the owner. Creation of the plan and relevant analyses is used to ensure that the goals set by the owner are completed and to ensure viability of the company in practice.
