Abstract:
Tato práce bude sloužit studentům pro pochopení teorie převodu fyzické osoby na společnost s ručením omezeným. Měla by pomoci úspěšně se vnořit do logiky postupu jako takového. Náplní této práce je posouzení změny právní formy podnikání z fyzické osoby na společnost s ručením omezeným.
Abstract:
The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to help students understand the theory of transferring natural person to a limited lability company. It shall help students to nest into logic of the process itself. The scope of this work is the processing of change of legal form of business from natural person to a limited lability company.
