Abstract:
Bakalářská diplomová práce pojednává o ženách vražedkyních na Uherskohradišťsku na přelomu 19. a 20. století. Soustředí se na ženy, které usmrtily dítě. Skrze trestní spisy přibližuje jednotlivé případy obviněných žen, rozebírá motivace pachatelek a jejich sociální zázemí, průběh vyšetřování, výši trestu či polehčující a přitěžující okolnosti. This bachelor thesis deals with murderesses in the region Uherské Hradiště in the 19th and 20th century. It focuses on women who killed children. Through criminal records regarding individual cases of accused women, the motivation of offenders and their social background, the course of the investigation, the severity of the penalty and the mitigating and aggravating circumstances are analyzed.
