Abstract:
This diploma thesis „Law against unfair competition and protection of personality“ deals with the possible concurrence of these legislations. Special attention is paid to the concept of random competitor.
Abstract:
Diplomová práca „Právo proti nekalé soutěži a občanskoprávní ochrana osobnosti“ sa zaoberá možnými súbehmi týchto dvoch úprav. Pozornosť práce sa zameriava aj na problematiku súťažiteľa ad hoc a možnosti iného súťažiteľa dovolávať sa neoprávneného zásahu do osobnostných práv tretej osoby.
